Cheeseburger Tacos
Prep Time: 20 Min.
Start to Finish: 20 Min.

1 box (4.6 oz) Old El Paso®
taco shells (12 shells)

12 slices (2/3 oz each) American cheese

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

1 cup cheese and salsa dip

12 lettuce leaves

12 tomato slices

3/4 cup chunky-style salsa

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line each taco shell with 1 slice of cheese. Arrange taco
shells on ungreased cookie sheet (cheese will fall to one side). Bake 5 to 7
minutes or until cheese is melted.

2. Meanwhile, in 8-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes,
stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in dip. Cook until
    thoroughly heated.

3. To serve, spoon about 2 tablespoons beef mixture into each warm taco shell.
Top each with lettuce, tomato and salsa.

Serve-With: Die-hard cheeseburger fans can add pickle slices to their tacos.
