Beat chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups milk with whisk 2 min. Spoon into 10 (7-oz.) plastic, paper or glass cups, filling each cup half full. Beat vanilla pudding mix and remaining milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in food colorings until pudding is of desired shade of orange; spoon over chocolate pudding layers. Top with cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with sprinkles. Variation Pudding cups can also be served frozen.
