Give a bouquet of flowers that will last long past Valentine’s Day! Turn pine cones into colorful flowers to create this gorgeous hanging garden.

Step 1:

Paint the wood plank. Let dry.

Step 2:

Use a wire cutter to cut apart pine cones and make flower shapes.

Paint the flowers with desired colors. Let dry.

Step 4:

Arrange the flowers on the wood plank. Once you’re satisfied with the placement, hot glue them in place.

Add small sticks as stems for the flowers. Hot glue them in place.

Add pine cone scales as leaves on a few of the stems. Hot glue them in place.

Trim the sticks to be even with the bottom of the wood plank.
