PICK A FLAVOR CONTEST AT DOLLAR GENERAL – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Pick A Flavor Contest at Dollar General (“Contest”) is valid to individuals who are legal residents residing in one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia, 18 years or age or older at time of participation. Void where prohibited by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Between 12:00:00 p.m. CT on June 17, 2024 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 18, 2024 (“Contest Period”), use the camera from your mobile device to scan the code on advertisements in store at participating Dollar General stores to access https://www.dollargeneral.com/pickaflavor.html (“Website”) or simply visit the Website. At the Website, create a Dollar General account or sign in (if you already have an account). Limit one (1) account per person. Next, vote for the DORITOS® flavor you would like to come back in 2025. DORITOS® flavor choices are: Tangy Ketchup, Hot Mustard, Jumpin’ Jack Cheese or Tangy Pickle. Submit your vote as indicated. All votes must be received and recorded during the Contest Period. You are allowed to vote once a day. Limit one (1) vote per person/email address per calendar day.
Participants cannot participate solely by scanning the code. Participant must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature or code reader application if participating by scanning the code and may incur data charges from their wireless service provider for each use of the code, depending on their service plan. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges associated with such use, including the downloading (if applicable) and use of the code reader. If you do not have a code scanner on your phone, search for one in your mobile device’s application store to find available code readers for your phone or device. Code readers may not be available on all devices. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Mobile entry is not required to submit a vote.

Any attempt by any person to submit more than allowed number of entries using multiple names, email addresses, mailing addresses, or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to disqualify any subsequent entries. Only the first vote per person/account/email address per day will be accepted. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to this Contest are final. Sponsor and Dollar General Corporation (including their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) (“Contest Entities”) do not assume any liability for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Website: hardware or software errors, faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted submission transmissions, including but not limited to, inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Contest. The flavor with the most votes accumulated during the Contest Period will be the winner. However, Frito-Lay reserves the right to adjust or change the winning 2025 Doritos flavor offering at Dollar General from this Contest based on product and volume availability.
COUPON OFFER ON VOTING WEBSITE: A digital coupon good for $1 off two (2) bag of DORITOS® Tortilla Chips (6 oz.-10.75 oz. bags only, any flavor) will be offered on the Website and will be added to your Dollar General wallet once it is downloaded. Follow instructions on Website to download Coupon. Coupon terms and conditions apply, including expiration dates. Expiration dates vary based on when your vote was received and recorded. All votes must be submitted during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) coupon per person/email address for June 23, 2024 through July 29, 2024.
